Some nights it's hard to come up with anything to say about the Wings, good or bad. After a decent road trip we've had to witness what was another crappy loss. We do have a few good players up front. It doesn't help that we are in desperate need of goaltending. That one guaranteed softy that gets by whoever is in net just deflates the entire team. The D is on life support right now with injuries and it shows. I guess one positive is putting that awful losing streak behind us, combined with a bit of what seems to be a better effort, but, I'm still skeptical. Yzerman says he sees progress. I'd love to know where he gets his glasses.....
