The Broke NHL

The Fans are supposed to go along with ads on the sweaters because the NHL owners are so poor they need the extra ad revenue. Are the billionaire owers really that behind on their bills they need the extra revenue? I doubt it.

There are a few teams struggling to survive due to missmanagement and owners that don't know how to run a team. Maybe they shouldn't be owners then. 

Will they also join in having ads on their clothing when on TV for that extra revenue? How about it Gary? Will you and the owners put your faces on TV wearing ads? Somehow I doubt it.

Put up or shut up about ads.
