Skating To Stand Still

Saying that the Wings started their last game horribly would be an understatement. They were totally dominated, embarrassed, and looked like each player took a couple of sleeping pills in the dressing room before the game. At least they did show up on Saturday, but not until the third period.

It was a bizarre game, to say the least, but seven goals were scored, and, it did make for an entertaining ending, almost. One can only hope there were lessons learned, and, these skating to stand still first periods will cease. Give the fans a reason to stick around. Eh?
